Each lessons is about 30 minutes long, and the readings cover different cultural aspects and are expected to be read after you've completed all of the lessons for that program set.

* Miscellaneous Books/Texts (including the Owner's Manual) - none of which are required, but some may find them helpful. All you really need are the MP3 files, as the courses are entirely audio-based.
