BRIEF PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Listen to all hypnosis recordings in order - one recording a day. After that you can choose to work with one particular recording for a few weeks and then move on to the next, or you can keep on rotating them and listen to a different recording each day.
If you have more time available, you can also listen to one of the subliminal or supraliminal recordings a day. You can also have subliminal recording play throughout the night.
If you do not have much time, then you can listen to hypnosis recordings for five days a week and then listen to supraliminals during the remaining two days.
It is OK to be flexible and follow your intuition. If on any day you feel like working with any particular recording more than with others, you can work with that particular recording.
The secret of your success and the speed of your progress will depend primarily on your ability to experience the reality of your desired body as if it were real for you now (while you are in hypnosis). If any particular recording helps you better to experience that feeling of reality (or if you like to pretend) that your body is growing while you are listening to hypnosis recordings, you can work with that recording more often.
