Isolating the four major muscle groups into 15-minute routines will help you assault the time dilemma that prevents you from staying consistent. So if you can't find the time to fit in the entire Strength video workout, get it done with the ISO Workouts. These workouts are a bit more intensive, requiring you to only do two a week!
