Three different techniques of exercise 30 minutes: dumbbells, rubber tubing and no equipment (just your body weight). In each style, you will also have three distinct parts of the body is concentrated: the upper body, lower body and abs. This combination of tools and nine game format allows you to select the exercises and muscle groups you want. Each style of exercise has its own flavor and accent with much internal variety. Dumbbell routines are mostly classics. The tube segments are innovative and often difficult. The exercise equipment may not have a balanced orientation / basic. As usual, Mindy still on the lookout for high energy is easy to follow and always appropriate (ie it seems to know exactly what you are feeling at the time). Requires a step and 2 to 10 lb dumbbells. They use a tube ultra toner, a Dyna-band tied in a loop of work.

I love Mindy[i], but I was not real crazy about this DVD ... although it seemed at first. It was very good. I'll use it again, but this is not my favorite.[/i]
