It took a while to locate the files online but it was worth it. It's by far the best instructional bodybuilding video available. Most videos show you pros working out without giving you much information about what they are doing. Milos explains every exercise completely (what to do and, more importantly, what not to do). I've seen quite a few instructional videos like P90X, Animal Pak, and Muscle & Fitness, and all the countless pro bodybulider workout videos; Secrets of the Pros is the best.
