Ok... after much wailing and gnashing.. I have finally figured out how to get this whole mess working.

Install FSX from whatever image set you like. **DO NOT RUN IT** and **DO NOT INSTALL THE FSX

CRACK**you can change this in the options when you do the install.

Download the SP1 patch from Microsoft and install it.. Again, **DO NOT RUN FSX**

Now, get your copy of FSX Acceleration.. there are a couple of threads on here that you can find

it at.. just do a search.

Mount the Acceleration image but do not run the installer. Instead, make a folder on your desktop

and copy all of the files from the Acceleration image onto it. In that directory, replace the

FSXX.msi file from the one inside the RAR that you downloaded here.

Run the installer from the directory on your desktop. It should run normally at that point and do

the Acceleration install.

Once it has finished, copy the other 3 .dll files from the crack rar into your FSX directory.

When you launch the game it will build all of the terrain textures, etc like a normal first run

and from there you should be ok.

I have been playing for over 2 hours this morning with no interruptions so this should work for

you as well. In addition this has **WORKING GAUGES** for the F-18 and Westland, etc. so it seems

to all be there.
