2. Burn windows_xp_pro_sp3_dell_oem_integrate_august_2010.iso to CD
3. Boot from this cd
4. No Serial or Activation need with OEM machine
5. If your system have no SLP certificate ( no OEM Machine) , just use this activator(stored in iso) to active windows.
