According to the company, the new version has improved performance when opening large libraries and export of images subjected to intensive treatment. In addition, the update improves the following aspects of the package:
* Import libraries iPhoto;

* Import pictures and videos from the iPhone and iPad;
* Updated libraries that contain images with the settings Spot & Patch;
* Detection of duplicate audio and video files;
* Identification of human faces in pairs RAW JPEG;
* Creation of thumbnails used in the mode of Faces, etc.
Update requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or 10.6.2 or higher. It is recommended to install to all users of Aperture 3.
