WinRAR-one of known archivers. That it supports archiving in format RAR, it is not necessary to explain. Besides, the program is able to work with archives ZIP, CAB, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE 2.0, BZIP, JAR, UUE, GZIP, BZIP2 and 7-Zip, thus it possesses very useful numerous possibilities - enciphering, support continuous (solid) archives in which compression degree can be on 10 – 50 % more than at usual methods of the compression, special algorithm for compression of multimedia files, support of multivolume archives and many other things.
WinRAR provides full management of files in archives, restoration of the damaged archives, enciphering, creation of self-unpacked and multivolume archives, it is integrated into the shortcut menu giving to the user sufficient convenience to use in work with it and many other things. It is very simple in development and has the convenient interface.

1. Now the key-ep3 transforms not only letters of disks, but also UNC-ways. So, the way \\server\share at archives will be transformed in __ server\share and restored in initial \\server\share at extraction
2. Errors are rectified:
The previous beta version could give failure at unpacking of self-unpacked and multivolume archives CAB;
The command "to Create a new folder" always created folders in a root folder of archive;
Parametre "to Delete superfluous folders from an extraction way" did not work;
The previous beta version gave failure at a conclusion of archival comments with escape sequences ANSI;
Keys-cl and-cu did not work.
