1) Extract .rar file with WinRar Software
2) Run .exe file
3) Click Install
4) View Read me file
5) Done !!

Steps to follow

1. Click on Install to run registry AND WITHOUT RESTARTING visit Microsoft.com

Just be sure of your genuine copy. If u still dont believe, Test using the included Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool.exe (Click on Test)

2. Now Download and Install All Micrsoft softwares like Updates, IE7 , WMP11 , Windows Defender without any problem as if Genuine XP User !!
