Windows 7 has many new features out of which one feature is Windows XP Mode which lets
you to run Windows XP on your Windows 7 however in order to use Windows XP mode you must
have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate and your computer must have hardware level

VMLite alterative to Windows XP Mode.
VMLite XP Mode offers similar functions as Microsoft XP Mode, but doesn’t require
hardware virtualization. It allows you to run Windows XP at the same time from your
desktop running on a different host operating system.
