- [Change] Table with fixed headers is optional and disabled by default
[Change] "Delete" and "Rename" actions are independent from disable_deleting
[Fix] notes.php is included in authorization system and xhtml valid
[Fix] Bug in file_data_size_time function
[Feature] [Fix] Most of the code is XHMTL valid now (except plug-ins)
[UPDATE] Rapidshare 2GB upload plugin. Max filesize adjusted, select upload carrier, more efficient error checking, various other updates
